mosquito's and repellant advice

is there many mosquito's in turkey? what is the best way to keep them away? or the best thing to do if you get bitten? we are going on may 9th to marmaris for the first time with 2 toung boys 3 yrs old and 9.someone plz let us know. thankyou.

There will be a few mossies about in May in Marmaris, Take a plug in for your room, use repellant at night, and carry a few repellant wipes with you, and remember to do your feet. Take these precautions and you shouldnt be bothered too much, if you do get bit, use any waspease type product.

Avon's skin so soft is the answer - just spray some of the oil on at nigt and you will not have a problem. I react badly to them and have had no bites since I have been using Avon skin so soft, sounds like an advert eh!!

I swear by Tiger Balm, red if you can get it, if you are bitten. One dab on a bite and it disappears.

I alway's take vit B1 prior to going on holiday and it alway's works for me.and beleive me the moskito's love me.

Do you know what/Ive been to Icmeler for the last 5 years,and NEVER ,not once been bitten by a mossie,I've seen them in the apartments,but use those plug in thingy's,they must work well,and use mossie repellent of an evening.However,have been stung by wasps about half dozen times!!!!!!!!,That is down to the time of year I go,September,I think. 8) 8) 8)

can anyone suggest any product to keep the jaspers away??tried mossie reppelent,but doesnt seem to work on wasps. :evil: :evil:
