7 sleeps for me. This time next week I shall be at the airport having brekkie and few bevvies to get in the holiday spirit. Fly out at 1.55 so need to pace it a little. Don't wanna miss the flight!!

Hi all, just on the iPad via the Efendi wifi for the 1st time

Weather tremendous, but Mrs G ain't impressed with the Efendi ... 2nd floor, no Lift and 2 heavy Suitcases to carry! .. No TV (which didn't bother me, it's a getaway!) ... Room very basic, no Kettle or any Tea/Coffee facilities etc and 2 single Beds! ... So she complained at 5am when we got there and they quickly moved us yesterday into a ground floor room, with double Bed and Patio Doors leading to the Pool (much nicer) ... But still no TV (they don't have any?) and still no Kettle, so we've had to buy one for 10tl ... Bargain!

Mansy, no cardi needed as yet, still a balmy 25 degrees at 11pm ... Down to 23 at midnight ... Have a safe flight and see you Wednesday ....

By the way since July it would appear the laws have been relaxed and entertainment a plenty! ... Scotia Bar last night back to its best and not many Police etc ... So Party on People!!

We're off to Dalayan tomorrow, Jeep Safari Wednesday, Lazy day Boat trip Friday and Sunset Cruise on Saturday night ... Busy, busy!!

Last sleep tonight, all packed and ready for 5.45am tomorrow - Humberside to Dalaman - in resort for about 6pm, depending on speed (or lack of) for the transfer.

L'Etoile - All Inc for us this time - wife still struggling with shoulder tendon problem, and in for op two days after we return , so a bit of luxury pampering for two weeks and chill out time for both after hectic work schedules !!

I can almost taste & smell that first Efes waiting for me!

Just off for our last sleep, Manchester to Dalaman in the morning. Leave the house at 9:15am.
Expensive start to our holiday, had a tyre blow out today, £118 for a new tyre. Panic set in, was on my own, had to call the AA out to tow the car in. New cars don't come with a spare tyre ????? The repair kit, useless.

Ah well. Icmeler here we come
