Must admit, it's the first thing on my mind when I wake up & the last thing I think about before I go to sleep...... Sad old git...or what. At least we are all in the same boat (or plane) on this site.

Agree, for me my holiday countdown is just as exciting as it was to open my advent calendar when I was a kid :D

At the moment I'm more excited than the kids :) I keep saying guess what kids we've only got. ... sleeps left to get them more excited lol.i have to add an extra sleep on when I tell them because they think we fly on the 19th instead of the 18th. Its a surprise for them especially my 7 year old as its his birthday on tbe 18th. He has always wanted to fly on his birthday but we have told him the airplane was full on his birthday so we have to go the next day. I can't wait to see his reaction when he finds out we are going on his birthday

I hope a birthday celebration is in store for him once in resort. Can't think of a better way to spend a birthday. On holiday, in the sun. In Icmeler of course :D

Lol :) it is cruel at the minute but will more than make up for it when he does actually go on the plane on his birthday :)
Yes it will be a double celebration once we are there as its my son's birthday on the day we go and then it's mine 2 days later. Yes the perfect way to spend a birthday :)

Geordie1970, youv'e got to much time on your hands

With 42 sleeps to go, I thought I'd do the on line visa's, it won't take long.
Started at 5:45, halfway through lost internet connection.
Then old laptop started doing full system scan.
Started anew, got all the way to payment, kept telling me my card number was wrong ?
Eventually went through. So what should have been a 15 minute job actually took over an hour to purchase & print off 2 visa's.
Oh well, all done now.

Ha ha ... Thanks Mansy! ... Just can't stop looking at my countdown timer on the iPad that's all!

Regarding visas I'll have to do ours soon and I'm also changing my 1st bit of spending money this weekend, £450 I think and I'll look online, unless someone knows a cracking deal anywhere??

I know what you mean geordie1970, I keep checking the dates & times just in case I miss my holiday , as if :D
I had to ring & change my airport parking details yesterday as we've changed our car & the entrance to the car park is number plate recognition.. That made me feel even closer to actually going.
The lady I know at slimming world fly's out in the morning to her apartment, she's there for 3 weeks. So jealous.

Oh well, only 41 more sleeps :D
