What's near Blue Star Aoartments

Postby fiftysue » Sat Jul 31, 2010 6:33 pm

Really looking forward to a relaxing holiday but we will need to eat just wondering if there is a bakery nearby as I have been told that "fresh bread" is a must also what restaurants and pides are there and how far is it to the Tansas :)

The Blue Star Apartments are situated towards the back of the Old Village area there are shops and restaurants nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk down to the Tanzas and the main center of Icmeler

me and my family stay at the blue star every year (13th time this year in sep) if you come out of the blue star and turn left then left again this road will take you past the new school to the old village where theis is a bakery. the bakery is before the mosque and you can get hot and fresh bread from hear. when you come out of the blue star look stright up the road and you will find two supermarkets and a resturant this is called tommys which does very good meals and he is a good bloke.

I stayed there about 6 years ago... If I remember it was quite a long walk to the main centre... I went for a walk last week when I went to Icmeler but couldnt find them... Its changed so much!
