or am I just doing something wrong

PM's have been removed for the time being as they were being abused by some members, so it left us with no choice but to remove them.

Apologies to the honest forum members.

Because of the lack of the PM facility I notice that the Topics on the Forums are having to be used to make up for it and posts are having to be used similar to a chat room for members to communicate.

Colette, it isn't there, well not when I look at it. Maybe it is just there because you are admin, and in his preferences he has selected not to receive messages? Unless other non admin's can see his envelope?

Ahhh right in that case unitedman57 you need to go into your User Control Panel and tick the box that says Users can contact me by e-mail:
then press submit :D
